Forming our union is a process. Below is a timeline of the various steps we’ve navigated and information we’ve shared along the way. The most recent information comes first, but reviewing our whole timeline is educational.
June 2026
Tempus suspected that we were considering organizing our union. Management handed out information on union authorization cards (A-cards), slanted towards their negative opinion. Their handout left information out, so we created the chart below to tell the whole story.
Spring 2026
A few of us identified issues that we wanted to improve. We reached out to our counterparts in Chicago, as they already navigated the process. Hearing of their success, we decided to call an IAM Union organizer to ask questions.
